Full Moon on Moonstone: Guided Hike

Join a California State Park Interpreter for a two-mile guided walk along the Moonstone Beach Boardwalk to witness the (nearly) full moon rise, the sunset, and king tides! Along the way, we’ll take in the beautiful views while learning about tides and nocturnal species. 

Meet us at the Santa Rosa Creek Parking Lot, located on the southern end of the Moonstone Beach Boardwalk in Cambria, at 4:00 pm. Please bring a flashlight and dress in clothing and shoes appropriate to walk 2 miles in chilly weather.
